You will be required to change down to your underwear and treatment will take place uncovered. Please bring loose fitting shorts and loose fitting bra vest / top. No tight fitting lycra.

There are a range of sensations you may feel during a treatment.

Just your good self and your water bottle.

Try and have a short walk before driving. Keep hydrated and if you have been given exercises to take home please do them too! Be gentle with your self and notice what your body has to say.

There is metered parking in the surrounding areas. The streets close to Grosvenor Road are cheaper to park than the roads closest to Portland Square, approximately 5 minutes walk.

Outside the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday you are free to park in St. Pauls permit holders parking without having to display a permit.

Alternatively the nearest car park that has no limit on the time you can stay is Cabot Circus Car park, approximately 5 minutes walk.
